New Alphabet City website

 

Resource Techniques are delighted to announce the release of the new Alphabet City website.
On 14th March Alphabet City hosted an exclusive Champagne & Cupcake event to mark the launch of their new website. The event was well attended by clients, local businesses and a couple of members of the Resource Techniques team.

It was an inspiring day for the RT team who attended the event. Not only did everyone who saw the new website love it, but we were impressed by the way Alphabet City used the website when applicants visited their office. When an applicant visited the office the negotiators used the website to demonstrate which properties were available. This made real sense to us, as the user experience on the website and the way the properties are displayed with high resolutions images, enhanced mapping, Streetview, a .pdf brochure etc is generally much better than an agency software package. The negotiators also add every single applicant that contacts them to the automated email alert system on the website, this system ensures that nothing is missed and all of Alphabet City’s applicants find out about all of their new instructions, and price reductions as soon as the property hits the website.

Alphabet City has been established in Docklands for over 21 years, and was one of the first agents in the area to have a website back in 1997. As the area’s leading boutique estate agency they embrace technology and take their image and marketing seriously.

Their established team have the feel of a large happy family, and we wish them every success going forward. We have been proud to be involved with this project and look forward to a long ongoing relationship with Alphabet City...
