twittering after a tipple

After an online revolution of social media, many Estate Agents and businesses alike have taken that step from an occasional user to one that communicates with their online community, whether that is local or property.

Once Estate Agents have breached this social networking ‘brick wall’ (similar to the one in running), they will find themselves suddenly using twitter and Facebook without consciously thinking. At this point their usage becomes not just an occasional promotion, but a habit.

It is only until Estate Agents have reached this point will find that they occasionally communicate after a few drinks.

Do not think that this is purely for business use. The majority of people updating after a few drinks will be personal users.

Thankfully for an iPhone users there is an answer!

The ‘Last Night Never Happened: the ‘Morning-After’ App’ will delete every previous update or tweet for the period that you set. For £1.19 it’s not going to burn a hole in your pocket.

This is all well and good, but it still gives the recipients time to view any drunken messages that are sent.

The real answer is for Estate Agents to simply not use their social network whilst drunk. Leave any replies till the next day and have fun with the people you are with.
