Last week we wrote about ‘First person property videos’ and I thought to myself. This definitely has the cool factor, but will Estate Agents actually buy it?

Then I came across this week’s gadget of the week and thought to myself, “Now there’s a good idea!”

The Logitech Touch Lapdesk uses 4 AA batteries for a 6-month battery life, the Touch Lapdesk is the perfect solution to overheating and a retractable 5 inch touchpad with quick, one touch controls to launch your browser, adjust volume, etc.

Although fan-less, the Touch Lapdesk is designed to be stay cool on your lap as well as having rubber strips on the bottom to stop sliding.

For anyone who regularly uses a laptop, they will know the slight strain from using the touchpad at the centre of the laptop. Instead the retractable touch pad is also on the right hand side so that the user can rest on the right hand side instead of forcing it into the middle.

To come out at the end of this month, the Logitech Touch Lapdesk N600 should go for around £40-50.
