iPad 2 accessories

I never realised how many different varieties of accessories there are for the iPad 2. Owners can buy anything from bags to speakers to complement their little magic gadget.
Since this week we covered the most frequently asked questions from new iPad owners, we thought that Estate Agents might want to read about the types of accessories that are out there to buy.

  • Desk stands

There will be a point where you are sat at your desk and will need to use your iPad. Instead of being hunched over, save your back or your neck by treating yourself to a desk stand.
Desk stands come in a variety of shapes and sizes, with or without a power port, and ranges from around £13 to ZAGGmate’s case with keyboard that is a whopping £85.95

  • Bluetooth headset

Going along the same lines as our video conferencing with the iPhone and iPad article, Estate Agents may wish to use their iPad for video calls or even your iPhone – what could be more modern?
Prices range from £10 - £120 with the Jabra BT2080 Bluetooth headset being the most popular as well as having positive online reviews.

  • Car holders

What could be cooler than having iPads on the back of both your car seats? Well now you can! Available from the Apple store for £34.95 Estate Agents can buy the Griffin CinemaSeat for iPad.
Fixing directly on your seat it is guaranteed to keep any noisy passengers entertained on long car trips…

  • Speakers

The speakers on an iPad aren’t the worst speakers, but you may want to go that extra mile when reliving your teenage music choices.
Speakers for the iPad can be as little as £9 but can also cost around £160 for a Jawbone Jambox Bluetooth Speaker which blasts out a massive 85 decibels.

  • Smart covers

The problem of having a gadget that’s thin, light, shiny means that it’s susceptible to being dropped, scratched and smashed – and we all know the horrific pain of watching something loved become tarnished.

Smart covers are slim lined to fit alongside your iPad with a front that folds back to become the base of a desk stand. The front also contains a magnet that will automatically activate sleep mode once closed.

The Smart Pad for the iPad 2 costs around £60 and comes in a variety of colours.
