Friendly URLs; estate agents are able to kill two birds with one stone

Estate agents might have never noticed them, but friendly URLs have started to change the way the websites are structured on the internet. Without even accessing the webpage, users are able to see what the webpage is likely to hold while helping website designers with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
A friendly URL is a very simple concept. A URL, or Uniform Resource Locator, is the web address that users type in to access a website and instead of having a URL with letters and numbers that are illegible, friendly URLs use words that show users what the individual page contains.

Not only does this allow estate agents and users to view what might be on the web page before they click on it, but this is great for SEO. Search engines will pick up this friendly URL as part of the whole SEO and pick it up in Search Engine Results Page (SERP).
