Samsung Galaxy Note 7 leaked

| Technology

The Samsung Galaxy Note range is set to be announced next month at the IFA Conference in Berlin but another Samsung leak has potentially unveiled the Galaxy Note 7.

The phone leaker Evan Blass has leaked images of the unannounced Galaxy Note 7, revealing the front and back of the device.

The very official looking images (if real) verify some of the previous rumours about the Galaxy Note 7 (several of which Evan Blass reported himself). The leak has a lot of potential of being genuine especially as Blass has a very accurate track record of leaks with previous devices.

The image confirms the rumours of dual curved screen edges.

It also shows an extra lens which may be an iris scanner that was rumoured to allow users to unlock their smartphones with a glance.

The leaks also confirms the rumours regarding that the device will be available in three colours black, silver and light blue (called Black Onyx, Silver Titanium and Blue Coral by Evan Blass).

The other rumour that wasn’t visible from the image leaks but is still possible is the likelihood of updating the TouchWiz interface with a clearer, flatter interface and a change of name.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 spec is rumoured to include a 5.8-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen, Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon chip, possibly 6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage (expandable via microSD), water and dustproof design, fast wireless charging and a larger battery.

But it isn’t clear if there will be any camera improvements on the already amazing S7 and S7 Edge cameras.

We will have to wait until next month to see if any of these leaks are true so stay tuned!
