New member of the Resource Techniques family

Resource Techniques (RT) are pleased to welcome a new member of the RT family - Kirk Copus. Kirk has joined our technical support team and will be providing help, support and advice to customers using our cloud based estate agency software product, RT Live. Having previously worked within the customer services sector and more recently within the property management industry, Kirk therefore has a good knowledge of the Estate Agency business as well as a great technical understanding of the requirements for the smooth and efficient running of a modern estate agents office.

Whilst we welcome Kirk on board we are sad to have to say goodbye to a long standing member of our team, James Ellis. James had worked with Resource Techniques for over 13 years and will be sorely missed. He will be embarking on a new adventure in the grand USA and getting married later this year. We wish him the best for his future endeavours.
