Apple sends out invites

Apple has sent out invitations for their event on the 10^th September 2013, where we can expect them to announce the new range of iPhones.

The invite includes the phrase “This should brighten everyone’s day” which suggests that the event will unveil the first look at the new budget iPhone, the iPhone 5C, which will be a cheaper, plastic model, which is likely to come in a wide range of colours.

As with previous years, it is expected that the iPhone 5S, a more powerful version of the iPhone 5 will be unveiled as well. If this is true it will be the first time ever that Apple has launched two models of iPhone at the same event.

Rumours about the iPhone 5C:

· Plastic body that comes in a range of colours

· Will run iOS 7

· 8 megapixel camera

Rumours about the iPhone 5S:

· Likely to be near enough identical to the iPhone 5

· Will run iOS 7

· Up to 30% faster processer

· Fingerprint scanner

· Improved rear camera

· Storage up to 128GB

· Comes in both Gold and Champagne colours
