Troy Stanley - As Chief Technical Officer and Director of Operations at RT (Resource Techniques), Troy Stanley directs both the company's day to day running as well as being responsible for the businesses R&D (Research and Development) portfolio, with an eye toward modern website design techniques, usability, innovation and legitimate SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) methodology.
With more than 15 years experience in the technology industry, Troy Stanley is responsible for managing RTs technology decisions, strategic technical planning, design standards and architecture. His team leads the field in web based development systems, designing award winning, W3C standards compliant, websites and SEO services, with 98% of client’s websites achieving page one Google ranking.
Passionate about technology and its possibilities, Troy Stanley supports open development models that stimulate communication, creativity and innovation, which he promotes through the RT website,

and blog.
Before joining Resource Techniques in 1996, Troy Stanley initially trained as an aircraft engineer, followed by 10 years working within both the corporate and independent property sector. Since joining RT Troy has been responsible for business development including RTs overseas interests, Development of key software products for both desk top and web based applications and latterly has developed the company’s internet, website design and development strategy.
Living in North London, Troy enjoys spending time with his children, he keeps fit, working out 3 or 4 times a week and loves to travel.
