Estate Agents that schedule social media posts generate 3 times
more leads
Estate Agents are starting to realise the importance of running
a blog through their websites as it generates more leads and
traffic from their online campaigns. If you already do this you
will also be aware that promoting these blog posts through various
social channels will draw in even more leads.
But is there a better, more effective way to promote your Estate
Agency?
Auto-publishing isn’t new by any means but data showing
that Estate Agents who use Social Media publishing tools to
schedule their social posts had three times more leads than those
who didn’t.
The study also showed that Estate Agencies that automatically
published their blog posts to their social channels get 50% more
leads.
Even though Auto-publishing has many benefits it’s not for
everyone. If you consider auto-publishing content you have to
consider a few factors:
- Ensure your blog titles and content is optimised for your
chosen keywords
- Your article should provide social sharing buttons to give
people the option to repost
- Choose relevant platforms that allow you to automatically
schedule and publish blog posts
- Establish what times are best to publish on your social
channels
With the final factor you will have to consider when your
audience is likely to be online. By doing this you will ensure your
content is being seen by as many people as possible which in turn
will generate more leads.
