Easter brings up many different memories - cheesy cards and hunting for chocolate Easter Eggs, but what about boiling little rabbits?

Luckily for Estate Agents, we wouldn't be that cruel to write an article on how to get back at a previous partner or how to cook rabbits.

Instead we believe that it is time for Estate Agents to cook up some ideas for their social networking.

It's time to spice up your social network and try something new. Why not try hiding little 'Easter Eggs' for buyers and vendors to find? These eggs can be a special property, a funny link or a topical news article - in fact these eggs can be anything you like.

The point is to stand out from the crowd and be different from every other Estate Agent on social networks trying to grab attention. Inventiveness on social networking only takes a small amount of thought and the rewards can be shocking.
