Teamworks
team members enjoy the use of our ‘Teamworks’ computer program — Teamworks is a feature-rich estate agency software package that gives users the ability to carry out rapid matching and mailing of properties to applicants by way of printing, emailing, or SMS text messaging. Properties entered into Teamworks are automatically uploaded on a ‘live’ basis to teamprop.co.uk and any other website that agent may choose to subscribe to.
In addition to the automatic website uploads, Teamworks also includes many excellent management features, giving negotiators simple methods to track property and applicant activity, along with a complex yet simple to use diary system that helps easily manage ongoing viewings and offers. Managers can use Teamworks to monitor negotiators ™ performance and make financial forecasts from system pipeline reports.
RTLive
Launched in the last quarter of 2006, our customers have been enjoying the immense success of RTLive. This new service is bespoke to our company, and allows us to maintain continual live property updates to websites, direct from the customer’s office.
As properties are entered into our estate agency software, the details are automatically uploaded to property web portals within minutes, with no interaction required by the user. This whole process is taken care of in the background by the ‘RTLive’ system.
All we need to know is which websites you want your property details uploaded to. In addition to website uploads, RTLive can be of great benefit to firms with more than 1 office, by way of automatically sharing properties (and applicants if required) between all offices in the firm, within minutes of entering them to the system.
